The Resort evokes the feel of an Indian village, replete with the nostalgia of days gone by, but with a multitude of modern facilities.

There are 34 spacious, well-ventilated cottages, having rooms with high ceilings; simply furnished with attached bathrooms. And if you want to be connected to the outside world, cable television and telephone/intercom facilities will help to keep you in touch.

In-house laundry facilities are available. There is also a doctor on call. For getting to and from the Resort, we can arrange for different modes of transport, ex-Mumbai.

We have two air-conditioned Conference Rooms, ideal for corporate gatherings or training programs. “Shivam” has a seating capacity of 55 to 60 people in ‘auditorium style’ and 25 to 27 people in a ‘U-shaped’ configuration. “Sundaram” is suited to larger groups and can accommodate 150 to 175 people in auditorium style and 60 people in ‘U-shape’. Facilities include audio-visual equipment, such as microphones, screens, stationery (notepads and pens), whiteboards, flipcharts, etc. For an extra charge we can also arrange for DVD and LCD players

Karjat, is a beautiful and picturesque town, situated at the foothills of Matheran, just 85 kilometres from Mumbai. Centrally located, with roads branching out to Murbad, Kalyan, Kasara Ghat on one side and Khapoli, Khalapur, Neral, Ambarnath, Badlapur, Panvel, Pen on the other, our resort is well-connected by rail and road. The entire Karjat - Kasara - Pen belt is dotted with farmhouses and agricultural fields. Floriculture is taking root here, as are the cultivation of vegetables and fruits.
